Partner with AfiyaBridge to support families seeking treatment in India.
We work with trusted partners who help families navigate medical travel responsibly, transparently, and with respect for privacy.
Five kinds of partners, one shared standard.
Each partner type plays a defined role in the family's journey. We qualify partners based on relevance, experience, location, and the ability to support families responsibly.
Source-country partners
Clinics, doctors, diagnostic centers, healthcare connectors, and community advisors in Oman and the GCC who help families collect documents, explain the process, and coordinate communication.
Destination-city partners
Local concierge teams in Bangalore who handle arrival, hospital navigation, accommodation support, transport, and family assistance once the journey begins.
Hospital partners
Hospitals and international patient departments that respond to structured case packets, share opinions and estimates, and maintain response timelines.
Accommodation partners
Apartments, serviced apartments, hotels, and family-stay providers offering safe, clean, foreign-guest-ready space for medical-travel stays.
Support partners
Interpreters, transport vendors, food providers, pharmacy support, and licensed home-health providers who round out the family's day-to-day support.
A short list of commitments. Non-negotiable.
Families trust us because partners hold themselves to a clear standard. Every partner agrees to the principles below before joining the network.
- No false medical promises.
- No guaranteed outcomes — clinical results depend on doctors and hospitals.
- No hidden patient charges. All fees are visible and agreed in writing.
- No unofficial hospital quotes. Pricing belongs to hospitals.
- No collection of hospital treatment funds without proper authorization.
- Respect for privacy and explicit consent before sharing records.
- Timely communication, with documented follow-through.
- Documented payouts and clearly defined responsibilities.
Structure that makes responsible work easier.
Structured case packets
Cases arrive with documents organized, summaries prepared, and the right questions framed for hospitals or coordinators — so partners can act, not chase.
Documented payout terms
Payout terms are recorded against the partner profile and tracked per case. No verbal arrangements, no guessing, no chasing reconciliation.
Operations support
An AfiyaBridge coordinator stays in the loop on every active case so partners have a single point of contact for handoffs, questions, and escalations.
Four steps from application to active partner.

Common questions before you apply.
Who reviews partner applications?
Our partnerships team reviews each application against the role, country, and partner-type needs. Sensitive partner types like hospitals are reviewed directly by AfiyaBridge leadership.
How long does the review take?
We aim to respond within five business days. If we need more information, we'll reach out by email or WhatsApp in your preferred language.
What documents do I need to apply?
The application itself is metadata only. After the review call, approved partners share business registration, professional license (if applicable), and ID proof. We accept PDF, JPG, and PNG.
Is there a fee to join?
No. There is no fee to apply or to be onboarded as a partner.
Can I refer one patient as a test before becoming a partner?
Yes. You can refer a family to AfiyaBridge directly without joining the partner network. If you plan to refer regularly, becoming a partner makes coordination and payouts simpler.
How do payouts work?
Payout terms are documented per partner and per case. We use written agreements, not verbal arrangements. Hospital treatment costs are paid by families directly to hospitals — partners are never asked to handle treatment funds.
